The Project Network™ Methodology Management feature encourages and supports definition of standard project templates.  These standardized project templates will support the creation of Methodologies and Projects that will leverage existing materials for future projects.  They will serve as the roadmap that will guide current and future project teams as they help to transform your organization.  Kaizen and Continuous Improvement subscribers take note – your methodology is better understood and refined with each successive project.
