For those organizations that need to keep control over a large number of projects, The Project Network™ has Project Approval to help keep track and maintain control.  Project Approval provides the capability to lock down your project parameters (Scope, Milestones, Budget and Deliverables), giving managers the ability to easily see the status of delivery, and determine which projects are struggling.

Once your parameters are approved, any change made will create a new line item, while referencing the old, thereby documenting a clear audit trail.  Crucial tasks, deliverables and milestones will note ‘date-drift’ under the radar.  Budget line items cannot be mysteriously changed.  In all, this feature provides a strong audit trail to help you keep commitments, budget and deliverables in line.
